Morning to all the fellow mamas and papas out there. It's 550am, I've been up since 430am to feed and change the little one. (what ever happened to the last 2 nights of 7am wake times! Was it all a wonderful dream? 😢) ⠀
Wishing for all of us to have time for at least one nutritious breakfast in the week, like some Greek yoghurt and nuts would be good.
